1. FIND THE SPOT

Browse under the LAND tab for your ideal property. Learn how to SELF SHOW or contact us and we will have a sales team member meet you on location to view the property.

2. STAKE YOUR CLAIM

Sign the hold agreement and pay the hold payment through credit card, cash app, venmo, check or money order.

3. LOCK-IN

Place a hold on your property by speaking with a sales team member or contacting the office at 405-500-LAND. Hold agreement can be signed remotely through digital means or in-person.

BUYING


4. SCHEDULE IT

Schedule a closing for your selected land within your hold period or close as quickly as same-day at our office. 

5. PREPARE DOCUMENTS

Come to our office with Government ID, down payment remainder, and sign the paperwork.
Rent to owner finance can be closed remotely through digital means or in-person.
Owner finance must be closed in-person.

6. CLOSING DATE

We will prepare all your documents and information for closing.
