Our land is sold with in-house owner financing which requires no credit check, no income verification, and there are no pre-payment penalties! Individual terms may very for a given property, so please verify with our office as soon as possible by calling or texting 405-500-5263. Monthly payments are typically calculated based on term year amortized loan and may vary slightly due to exact closing date and per diem interest, and after closing the monthly payment will remain the same throughout the schedule. We use a third-party software to ensure the same calculation is done across all properties sold with owner finance.
